iDEAL – How does paying via iDEAL work?

A large number of banks in the Netherlands support iDEAL payments. Paying via iDEAL works in the same way as online banking. You process the payment in your trusted environment of your bank. You need your bank card and identification method from online banking. (e.g. random reader, e.dentifer etc.).

Costs:
We do not charge any fees for iDEAL payments.

Bank transfer – How does paying by bank transfer work?

A (SEPA) transfer is the most standard way of paying. Everyone with access to internet banking has the possibility to pay in this way.

Transfer money:
If a customer chooses to transfer money, he will see a screen with a payment request with a unique identifier. The customer can then log in directly to his own trusted banking environment to transfer the amount, or he can choose to first send the request to his e-mail and transfer it later.
